He is survived by: his wife Yohana Clark; his children, Lynette McCart of Omaha, NE, Susie Clark of Omaha, NE, Frank Michael Clark and Ronald Frank Clark of Omaha, NE; and his sisters, Mary Frances Woolard of Washington, Winnie Faye Hylton of Chesapeake, VA and Wanda Foreman of Washington. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
