She is survived by: her parents, Philip Andrew Wiggins and Carolyn Squires Singleton; her children, Heather "Boo" Freelove Sawyer (Toby) of Bath, NC, Carla "Nuggie" McArthur (Rick) of Bath, NC, Stephen Cruze Foster of Bath, NC, Shane "Wilson" Foster (Beth) and Cameron Hayes Merritt of Bath, NC; her siblings, Mary Jo Gettys, Susan Wiggins, Ann Wiggins, Cassie Singleton, William "Bubba" Wiggins, Drew Singleton and Philip; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Cody, Hayden, Bentley, Kristina, Kandace, Jacob, Landon, Leah, Luke, Cross, Lane and Remi; the father of her children Carl Foster, Jr.; and her friend Frankie Modlin.
