Cecilia Lilley Swain Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2019, at the age of 80, Cecilia Lilley Swain (Bath, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Thomas Lilley and Magrane Wallace Lilley. She is survived by: her husband Elwood T. Swain; her children, Diana Swain Hines (Timothy) of Bath and Brian Swain of Bath; her grandchildren, Kassie Mason (Adam) and Brianna Swain; and her siblings, Cecil Lilley (April) of Harkers Island and Velsa Spencer (Wilson) of Faison.
