She was predeceased by: her parents, James Reginald Barry, Sr. and Emmy Lou Roberts Barry; her husband William R. Peele, Jr.; and her siblings, Richard Barry, Bill Barry and Peggy Jones.
She is survived by: her children, William R. "Bill" Peele, III (Dale) of Bath and Lou Ann Jackson of Washington; her brother Reginald Barry, Jr. of Cordele, GA; her grandchildren, Marella Peele Carlton (Troy), Benjamin Roberts Peele (Katlyn), Caroline Elizabeth Jackson and Matthew Brian Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Sawyer Roberts Carlton, Holden Stewart Carlton and Adalyn Elizabeth Carlton.
