She was predeceased by: her daughter Michelle; and her brother William "Billy" Francis. She is survived by: her spouse Robert Union O'Neal; her children, Lisa O. Yates, Bullock and Robert U. O'Neal, III; her wife Wanda Kenyon; her sisters, Emily Santowasso and Leigh Barbour; her son-in-law Marshall A. Myers; her sister-in-law Sue Francis; and also Barbara O. Kenyon (Robert). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060-9979.
