He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Jones and Dora Jones; his wife Susan Lois Jones; and his son Aaron M. Jones, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Jones Price (Gerald) of Grantsboro, Karen Sue Moore (Derrick) of Waynesboro, VA, Shelli Jones of Bath, Tammy Hardy (Rick) of Vanceboro and Cheryl Jefferson (Buddy); his grandchildren, Stephanie Hedrick, Kristin Hedrick, Timothy Sutton (Hayley), Will Tate, Thomas Price (Norah), Walker Price, Derrick Moore, Jr., Takota Moore, Tapanga Moore and Kaitlyn Jefferson; his great grandchildren, Winston, Marshall and Levi; and his brother Hobson Jones (Shirley) of Vanceboro.
