He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fox Mundy; his children, Kim Mundy Shuford (John) and Kevin Mundy (Lisa); his grandsons, Clint Shuford and Grayson Mundy; his brothers, Charles Mundy (Fayma), Donald Mundy (Marian), Herman Mundy (Beverly) and Larry Mundy (Debbie); and his sisters-in-law, Martha and Marie Mundy. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
