We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2019, at the age of 56, William Clinton (Barnardsville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Onis and Dorothy Begin Clinton. He is survived by: his wife Monica Louise Clinton; his children, Rebecca Ann Clinton, William Benjamin and Thomas Bartley Clinton; and his siblings, Robert Clinton (Sherry) and Cathy Hensley (Cloud). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
