It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances McIntosh Haynes (Barnardsville, North Carolina), who passed away on January 20, 2020, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Barnette McIntosh and Jennie Williams McIntosh; her husband Wayland Christopher Haynes; her granddaughters, Dena Haynes Rice and Lindsay Haynes; and her great grandchild Jared Haynes.
She is survived by: her children, Shelby Cole, Patsy Dillingham, Marilyn Clouse (Terry), Jerry Haynes and Bruce Haynes (Karen); her siblings, Coleen Edwards (Chuck), Claude McIntosh and Dewey McIntosh (Jean); and her grandchildren, James Cole, Donald Cole, Chris Haynes, Lisa Carswell, Eric Haynes and Zac Clouse.
