It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evonne Darene Thomas of Barnardsville, North Carolina, who passed away on February 25, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Norton and Ava Cole Norton. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Thomas; her son Jeremy Thomas; and her sister Donna Sue Pennell.
