He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Garfield Fuller and Hester Sizemore Fuller; his sons, Michael Allen Fuller and Gregory Eugene Fuller; his grandson Brandon Allen Fuller; and his great grandchild Charlotte Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Effler Fuller; his children, Cynthia Fuller Webb (Terry) of Leicester, Michelle Fuller Letterman (Jack) of Leicester, Eric Fuller (Donna) of Black Mountain and Dustin Fuller (Amy) of Barnardsville; and his siblings, Frances Ramsey of Candler and Paul Fuller of Georgia.
