He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scott Campbell and Irene Prior Campbell; and his sister Carol Habel. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Campbell; his brother Robert Campbell (Linda); his brother-in-law Les Habel; and his close friend Danny Herman. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
