He was predeceased by: his father Larry Dale Carmichael; and his grandparents, Floyd, Betty Carmichael, Milo and Dolores George.
He is survived by: his mother Charlene Fitzgerald (George) of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; his pet Trapper; his siblings, Larry Shannon Carmichael of Banner Elk and Shellee Kaylor of Ashland, Ohio; his aunt Jane Carmichael of Wooster, Ohio; and his niece Corree Kaylor of Medina. He is also survived by three nephews.
