It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard M. Larson of Banner Elk, North Carolina, born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on August 24, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walfred Larson and Clare Larson; his wife Carol; his son Christopher (Julia); his grandson Reid; his brothers, Alan Larson (Carol) and Philip Larson (MaryLou); and his sisters-in-law, Pamela Schaefer, Megan Curran (Frank) and Jennifer Cohen (Chuck).
