She is survived by: her daughter Kelley Gruelle Shomaker (Bruce) of Banner Elk; her granddaughters, Olivia Shivar (Stephen) of Houston, Chelsea McGuire (Matt) of Gloucester and Grace Greene (Ben) of Mocksville; her great grandchildren, Lillian Josephine Welch, Madison Avery Shivar, Henry Edward Greene, Isaac Forbes Greene, Waylon Matthew McGuire and Colton Forrest Shivar; and her brothers, Wallace Martin of Southgate and Eugene Powell of Newport, Kentucky..
