He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolphus Harmon and Lena Holden Harmon; his son Steven Allen Harmon; and his siblings, Zada Townsend, Rosa Mae Jung, Leroy and Junior Harmon.
He is survived by: his wife Evalena Hicks Harmon; his children, Timothy Randall Harmon, Arthur Douglas Harmon and Belinda Harmon Goins (Adrian); his brothers, Kenneth Harmon (Elizabeth) and Ralph Harmon (Eunice); his grandchildren, Nathan Goins and Erica Wyland; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Potter.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
