He is survived by: his wife Helen Brown Ward; his children, Samantha Lawson (Dwayne) of Roan Mt and Jamey Ward (Amanda) of Trade, TN; his siblings, Diana Gouge (Scott) of Elizabethton, TN, Betty Jones of Johnson City, TN and John Ward (Donna) of Spruce Pine, NC; and his grandchildren, Alicia Lawson, Kaydance Ward, Dalton Ward and Zacharia Ward.
