He is survived by: his wife Cristie Aldridge of Foscoe; his daughters, Kalley Lewis of Boone, Valeria Dollar of Foscoe and Charity Dollar of Oregon; his grandsons, Chandler Lewis of Sugar Grove and Liam Stapleton of Oregon; and his siblings, Randle Lewis (Betty) of Three Top and Jane Bumgardner of Conover.
