She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas L Collins and Mentradean Hiatt Collins; her son John Thomas Smith; and her brothers, Nathan Ray Collins and Norman Lee Collins.
She is survived by: her husband James Rupard; and her children, Tim Rice (Judy) of Pickaway, OH, Stacy Henson and LIsa Sell (Darrell) of Pickaway, OH. She is also survived by Twelve Grandchildren and Twelve Great Grandchildren.
