He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy James Parlier and Judy Church Parlier. He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Parlier (Jessica) of Asheville, NC and Clinton Parlier (Judy Dancy) of Elizabethton, TN. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
