We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2019, at the age of 73, Billy Ray Rupard (Banner Elk, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter Preston Rupard and Gertrude Shook Rupard. He is survived by: his wife Debra Jean Rupard; his children, Deana Coleman (Terry) of Newland, NC, Charles Rupard (Kristi) of Banner Elk, NC and Mindy Hicks (Tony) of Lafayette, IN; his grandsons, Cody Minton of Naples, FL, Jacob Hicks of Banner Elk, NC and Anthony Hicks of Newland, NC; his siblings, Shirley Brown of Morganton, NC and Jerry Ruppard (Ollie) of Banner Elk, NC; and his close friend Dale Townsend of Banner Elk, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
