She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Wiley and Minnie Porter Wiley of West Virginia; her husband Paul Tipton; and her siblings, Roberta Donnally, Allen, Bill, Kenneth and Carlos Wiley Jr. Tillie.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Whitson (David) of Green Mtn, Adaline Albright of West Virginia, Tina Mangus (Phillip) of West Virginia and Paul Tipton of Green Mtn; her sisters, Rose Mary Brown of West Virginia, Vanessa Smith of West Virginia, Helen Tabor of West Virginia and Shirley Browning of Spring Lake, NC; her grandchildren, Nicole, Jessica, Adam and Phillip; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Brody, Manie, Connor, Tillie, Chihuahuas, Barney and Andy.
