We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2021, at the age of 81, Shelby Dellinger of Bakersville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Virgil and Lura Gragg Dellinger; and his siblings, Hugh, Ed, Ashford, Bill, Spencer, Roger, Bruce, Kate, Marjorie and Pauline.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannette S. Dellinger; his children, Jon (Kathy) of Rock Springs and LouAnne Baugh (Marlon) of Beechmont; his stepson Jody Shifflett (Cheri) of Hot Springs; his siblings, Herbert Dellinger (Evelyn) of Bassett and Grace Buchanan of Hickory, NC.; his grandchildren, Samantha Mcintyre (Josh), Rachel Cole (Trevor), Kali Stewart (Chris), Claire, Eden Dellinger, Kory Shifflett (Krissy), Kristin Woodson (Seth) and Hannah Prospt (Dalton); and his nephews, James Howard and Dennis Buchanan. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
