He was predeceased by: his mother Dora Yelton Hoilman; and his siblings, Gladys Dykes, Linnie Carter, Bill Yelton, Harold Hoilman and Michael Hoilman.
He is survived by: his daughter Felicia Forbes of Bakersville; his siblings, Doris Riddle (Gary) of Spruce Pine, Shirley Garland (Gerald), Gail Hoilman of Bakersville, Judy Wyant (Ron) of Spruce Pine, Douglas Hoilman (Ann) of Johnson City and Donald Hoilman of Bakersville; and his granddaughter Kenley Stansberry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
