He was predeceased by: his father Junior Carroll Kelly; his grandparents, James, Edith Kelly, Theodore and Lillian Keys; and his uncle Luke Kelly.
He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Sue Keys Kelly; his daughters, Becky, Amber Kelly of Tennessee and Jessica Honeycutt of North Carolina; his siblings, Robin South (Jerry) of Elizabethton, Tennessee, Missy Lacy (Russell) of Elizabethton, Tennessee and Jeff Kelly of Elizabethton, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Lee, Lea, Kelton, Kaitlyn and Quinton; his aunt Susie Kelly Honeycutt; his uncle Ray Kelly; and his nieces and nephews, Charlie, Chris, Tammy Jessa, Hannah and Kissy.
