He is survived by: his wife Mary Banks Garland; his children, Niki Jones (Dustin) and Scotty Hoilman (Colleen Newburn); his grandchildren, Christina Hopper, Keenan Hoilman and Shay Jones; his great grandchildren, Landyn and L. J.; and his siblings, Carolyn Galloway, Ellen Hawley, Elva Jay Garland, Lloyd and Howard Garland.
