She was predeceased by: her parent Fred Boone; her husband Howard Willis; her son Daniel Keith Willis; and her siblings, Harold Boone, Faye Thompson and Helen Bartlett.
She is survived by: her parent Lela Sparks Boone; her daughter Patricia Beam (Dean) of Bakersville; her siblings, Henry Boone (Joyce) of Spruce Pine, Annie Mae Jarrett (Frank Ray) of Jacksonville, FL and Betty Jo Gordon of Johnson City, TN; her grandsons, Ashley Beam of Bakersville and Aaron Beam of Burnsville; and her great grandchildren, Charles Andrew Beam, Benjamin Jarrett Beam and Margaret Ann Beam.
