It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Pitman (Bakersville, North Carolina), who passed away on May 27, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Fred A.; her husband Ray Pitman; and her siblings, Ted Sparks, Joe Sparks, Frank Sparks, Eugene Sparks, Parnell Sparks, Mary Louise Wyatt and Kate Pitman.

She is survived by: her parent Nellie Pitman Sparks.
