With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Gouge (Bakersville, North Carolina), who passed away on April 30, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Yelton and Ola Mae Benfield Yelton; and her siblings, Carrie Yelton, Dallas and Richard Yelton.
She is survived by: her children, Machelle DeHeva of Jefferson City, TN and Larry Suiter (Holly) of Bakersville; and her siblings, Mae Wallace of New Market, TN, J. D. Yelton of Alexandria, VA and Roger Dean Yelton of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Private family services will be held and memorials may be made to Smoky Ridge Health and Rehab, 310 Pensacola Rd, Burnsville, NC 28714.
