She is survived by: her daughters, Erin Cook Hooper of Forest City, NC, Garnett Cook (Matthew Astroth) of Navarre, FL and Brenna Cook of Arden, NC.; her brother Phillip Castro (Anne) of Bakersville, NC; and her grandchildren, Hannah Cook of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Bailey and Cole Hooper of Forest City, NC..
