He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Young and Mabel Masters Young of Newdale. He is survived by: his daughter Sonya Leonard (Norman) of Asheville, NC; his brothers, Fritz Young (Joy) of Newdale, NC. and Eric Young (Teresa) of Newdale, NC.; his nieces, Emily Hopson (Adam) and Sara Valverde (Mauricio); his nephew Seth Young (Jordan); and his great-niece Abigail Valverde.
