He is survived by: his wife Julie Downer; his children, Alex Downer of Burnsville and Serena 'Missy Downer; his sisters, Hilda Downer of Sugar Grove and Teresa 'Lou Trice of Burnsville; and his grandchildren, Jacob Silvers and Hannah Downer.
