We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2020, at the age of 81, Jolene Thomas of Bakersville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leater Conley and Lillian Webb Conley; her children, Jan Hamilton of Spruce Pine, Mandy Boone of Bakersville, Beau Thomas of Spruce Pine and Jim Thomas of Toledo Ohio; her grandchildren, Cy Thomas and Jaime Dalburg; her great grandchildren, Dylan and Brooklyn Dahlburg; her siblings, Margaret Louise Black of Pensacola Florida, Fran McFerren of Newton, NC, Ted Conley of Bakersville and John Conley of Penrose, NC; her husband Jim Thomas; and her daughter Suzanne Smith. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Because of Covid -19 we ask that you wear a mask and social distance as much as possible during the visitation and the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Hospice And Palliative Care of The Blue Ridge, 236 Hospital Drive, Spruce Pine, NC 28777 who has taken such wonderful care of mama.
