He is survived by: his wife Debra Lynne Webb; his children, Heather Webb O'Shields of Bakersville, NC, Heidi Webb of Hendersonville, NC and Jeffrey David Webb (Tanya) of Lake Toxoway, NC; his sister Carol Webb Lancaster (Gary) of Middle River; his grandchildren, Vincent, Benjamin, Remington, Kaitlin Webb, Chasity, Hope, Talon Smith, Justin Kilpatrick, Tristen and Johnathan O'Shields; and his nephews, Gary and Chris Lancaster.
