He is survived by: his wife Ann; his sons, David (Julie) and Scott (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Jesse, Jacob, Zachary and Ethan; and his brothers, Mack and Carl (Judy). He is also survived by One brother in law, one sister in law, three nephews and one niece.
