She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Leonard and Beulah Hughes Garland; her grandparents, Mamie Phillips Hughes, Warfield Hughes, Willard and Clara Hall Garland of Altapass, NC.; her sibling Honoree; her husband Ernie; her brother Col. Frederick; her nephew Robert Neal Garland; and her children, Tim, Vickie Quinn, Ray, Cathe Burleson, Mary Blevins Colelo, Dr. Pat, Ali Webster, Sharon, Jake, Lauren, Elizabeth Brewer, Nathan, Maura Sullins, Rebecca, Quint Dulworth, Cyrus, Kim Scott, Jonathan Seelbinder, Daniel, Jessica Seelbinder, Aaron Seelbinder, Sharpe, Biggerstaff, Wilson, Melin and Johnson.
A Celebration of her life will be held at the Grassy Creek Cemetery at a later date once the pandemic restriction are lifted and we can gather together.
