He was predeceased by: his parents, Vick Hoilman and Laura Wright Hoilman; and his siblings, Bonnie Forbes, Dovie Yelton, Hannah Polly, Donald and Hunter Hoilman.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Phillips Hoilman; his children, Paula Crowder (Richie), Deana Penland (Anthony) and Frankie Banks (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jacob, Zachary Banks, Donavin Chadwell, Courtney McKinney (Jason), Kelli Dyer (Tyler) and Ryleigh Hatmaker; his great grandchild Briella McKinney; his brothers, Johnny and Bradley Hoilman; and his close friend Tommy Stout.
