She was predeceased by: her parents, Bristoe Yelton and Ethel Stanley Yelton; her husband Bill Morgan; her siblings, Juanita Shuffler, Edith Street, George Yelton and James Yelton; and her grandsons, Ian Ferguson and J. P. Morgan.
She is survived by: her children, Allan Morgan (Tammy) of Spruce Pine, NC, Gregory Lee Morgan, Jerry Morgan (Patti) of Bakersville and Kathy Goldberg (Tim) of Bakersville; and her sister Shelby Jean Street (Ronnie) of Bakersville. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
