It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene McGee of Bakersville, North Carolina, who passed away on September 21, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eugene McGee to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac McGee and Willie Mae Mace McGee; and his wife Nell Wise McGee. He is survived by: his siblings, Dean McGee (Judy), Dale McGee (Resa), Violet Hemmings and Frank McGee (Jane); his daughter Mary Sue Wise Ledford (Lee Roy); his grandchildren, Tracy Deyton (Sam) and Tommy Ledford (Kim); his great grandchildren, Luke Deyton (Grace), Jake Deyton (Matt), Zeke Deyton, Ben Deyton, Jess Ledford and Alli Ledford; and his great great grandchild Henry Glading. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
