He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Gay Frost (Donald Thomas Frost) of Titusville; his brother Darrell Slagle (Louise) of Bakersville, NC; his granddaughter Traci Ann Cice; his significant other Anna Rae Burleson of Bakersville, NC; his close friend Kathy Honeycutt (Ray) of Bakersville, NC; his nephews, Joel and Rodney Slagle; and his niece Rhonda Slagle.
