He was predeceased by: his parents, Bascomb Boyd and Dora Yelton Hoilman; and his siblings, Gladys Dykes, Linnie Carter, Harold, Michael Hoilman, Bill and Robert Yelton.
He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Love of Spruce Pine, NC, Penelope Hughes of Goldsboro, NC and Charlene Simpson of Minnesota; his siblings, Doug Hoilman (Ann) of Johnson City, TN, Shirley Garland (Gerald) of Bakersville, NC, Gail Lamb of Bakersville, NC, Doris Riddle (Gary) of Spruce Pine, NC and Judy Wyant (Ron) of Spruce Pine, NC; and his grandchildren, Riley, Gracie, Sarah and Aiden.
