He was predeceased by: his parents, Marson Houston and Essie Houston; his wife Kay Houston; and his sisters, Sandra Setzer, Patricia Houston and Anne Lovelace.
He is survived by: his children, David W. Houston Jr. (Cassandra), Mat R. Houston (Sadie), Brookln, Joey, Trevor W. Houston (Rebecca), Cody, Cameron and Mya; his siblings, Robert V. Houston (Deb), Allen Houston (Brenda), Randy Houston, Deb Reece and Wilma Furr; and his pets, Josie and Pedro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
