He is survived by: his parent Judy Johnson Buchanan; his spouse Sue Willis Buchanan; his sons, David Buchanan (Deanna) of Bakersville and Larry Buchanan of Belton, MO; his grandchildren, Mariah Buchanan and Cameron Buchanan; and his siblings, Etta Mae Jones (Mack) of Morganton and Milton Buchanan of Burnsville.
