He is survived by: his father Calvin Barnett; his children, Kasey Burleson (Michael), Tyra Frye and Brayden Barnett; his siblings, Gaylon Barnett (Norma Jean), Michael Barnett Jack (Melinda), Jerry Barnett (Sharon), Edna Garland (Joe), Carolyn Oakes (Ken) and Carrie Pritchard; and his grandsons, Israel Burleson and Isaiah Burleson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Brummett's Creek Church of the Brethren (6243 NC-197, Bakersville, NC 28705).
