He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Williams Price; his parents, Malvin Price and Blanche Ferrell Price; and his sisters, Virginia Pearce and Linda Perry.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Martin (Rodney) of Belhaven, Pamela Whitley (Lee) of Middlesex, Michael Price of Zebulon, David Price of Youngsville, Kenneth Price (Jennifer) of Knightdale and Richard Price (Penny) of Momeyer. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
