He was predeceased by: his son Jason Perry; and his parents, Willard Perry and Madeline Perry. He is survived by: his son Nicholas Spencer Perry (Chelsie) of Spring Hope; his grandchildren, Everett Perry and Eleanor Perry; his brother James Perry (Mae) of Lucama; and his aunt Mavis Williams of Bailey.
