We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024, at the age of 76, Luther Floyd Starling of Bailey, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Monroe Starling and Mary Hilda Peedin Starling; his wife Debbie Woodard Starling; and his son James Michael Starling. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Charles Starling (Ruth Gossett) and Rayford Woodall, Jr. (R. J.); his siblings, James Robert Starling (Toni) and Theresa "Diane" Starling Daughtry (Danny); and his friend Virginia Bissette. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
