She was predeceased by: her sisters, Helen Wilson, Mildred Linville and Estelle Mecham. She is survived by: her parents, Oscar Kimel and Charlie Estelle Spathe; her husband Bailey Evan Howard Sr.; and her children, Bailey Evan Howard Jr. and Vickie Lynn Howard.
