He is survived by: his children, Reverend Lizzie Pearl Hewitt (Robert) of Chester, VA, Diane Crumel of Rocky Mount, Faye Hope Crumel of Bailey, Connie Marie Gray of Georgia, Marsha Crumel (Raymond Jacobs) of Raleigh and Lemuel E. Crumel of Bailey; and his siblings, Hattie Greene of Wilson, Dorothy Bridges, Bernice Kearney of Newark, NJ, Annie Mae Vick, Peggy Tabron of Bailey, Frank Crumel of Bailey, Eugene Crumel and Jesse Crumel of Spring Hope. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
