She was predeceased by: her husband Henry O. Godwin; and her sisters, Margaret Carter and Wygonda Vann. She is survived by: her daughter Renee Godwin Batts (John) of Bailey; her brother Wade Bunn Jr. (Jean) of Sims; her nieces, Lisa Bunn of Sims and Rita Horton of Raleigh; her granddaughter Amy Bunn Hine (Will); and her great grandchild Braxton.
